Our offices have reopened - new office & visiting procedures

With the majority of our staff working from home over the last five months during COVID-19, we have taken the opportunity to completely refurbish and
modernise our office, whilst ensuring that we have proper health and safety equipment and procedures in place to protect our staff and visitors.

The office will be fully open from the 1st of September and we are excited for our clients to see our new work environment. However, we do ask that for the time being at least, that clients do try to keep visits to a minimum and to communicate with us by phone or email as far as this is reasonable. For visiting clients, whether you are dropping by with some paperwork or for a scheduled meeting, we would ask that you kindly make note of the following before coming to visit us in order to protect both yourself and our staff from the potential spread of COVID-19:

  • We ask that you please wear a face covering when in the office. If you are unable to bring one with you then a new mask can be provided to you on request.
  • To your right-hand side when entering the office, we have installed a touch-free hand sanitizing station. Please ensure to sanitize your hands upon entry. We will also have numerous hand sanitizers throughout the office in every room so please ensure if you touch any surfaces that you sanitize your hands afterwards for your own safety.
  • We ask that you try to maintain social distancing within the office of a minimum of two meters as advised by the government and avoid physical contact with staff.

We are of course hoping along with everyone else that the spread of COVID-19 will slow, and we can return to our normal working procedures as soon as possible. In the meantime, we ask that you please help us in this by respecting the guidance above.

If you do have any concerns about visiting us or would like to ask any questions before coming in, please feel free to call the office to speak with us, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
